Fun Afternoon at Temple Square

With Matt being out of town this weekend I knew I needed to do something this afternoon, so we went and walked around Temple Square. The last time Rylee was there she was Nolan's age, so she had a blast. We started in the Visitors Center and she walked up the entire ramp. When she made it to the top and turned the corner and saw the statue of Christ she looked at me and said, "Wow, Mama!" as she was pointing at it. From the Visitors Center we strolled outside to look at the Temple. She was amazed at how big it was and she kept telling me it was asleep because it is Sunday! The sister missionaries thought she was the cutest thing, and boy did she ham it up for all of them. She even shushed one group of them and told them Nolan was sleeping, they got a kick out of that. We walked around for close to 90 minutes and truly enjoyed the nice weather and the beautiful atmosphere.
