Mother's Day Breakfast
Yesterday morning Matt and the kids let me stay in bed while they went to make breakfast. I enjoyed listening to the kids help make breakfast and help put items on the tray, but then I heard a disturbing crash of dishes. It comes to find out Daddy was getting Nolan out of time out and Rylee tried to carry the breakfast by herself and it did not turn out so well. She accidently folded one of the legs of the tray and it resulted in the food and syrup going across the floor. Daddy was cleaning up the syrup when I came out to check on how things were going. Rylee was devastated she had ruined my breakfast that they had all worked so hard on and she apologized lots of times. I still ate my bagel and drank my juice, and then Rylee and Daddy made up for my spoiled breakfast with a terrific BBQ dinner.

Silly Nolan
Nolan is the craziest little sleeper lately. He is great about going to bed and staying in his bed, but he doesn't like to go straight to sleep. When he is quiet and we go check on him we will find his lamp turned on, toys in his bed with him, clothes out of drawers, his pajamas off and him naked, and then today at nap time I found him like this. I honestly couldn't find him for a second and then I saw his little toes. I moved the pillows to make sure he was okay under all of them.

Animal Farm
Last Thursday Nolan and I joined Rylee's preschool class on a field trip to the animal farm. It is a great time of year to go to the farm because there are so many baby animals. We so baby cows, horses, goats, sheep, bunnies, and many more. The highlight of the trip was of course the pony rides, both kids loved it.
